Just a Little Thought

I have come to realize that people are too much of a hypocrite and go by saying that "its just part of the job and nothing personal." They tend to forget the fact that "everything is personal when you are a person." All the pain that other people inflict to us, be it intensional or unintentional, inflicts the same amount of pain.

Emotional baggages carried through time are like cancer cells slowly killing the person. The most painful wound are not the kind of wound that bleeds with blood. More often than not, wound done to the character of the person or individual never heals through time.

Such wounds are heartaches cause by break-ups, frustration caused by failed expectation, emotional death caused by slow but continual suffocation of ones well being.

Medically speaking, it is said that the most common cause of heart problem and hypertension is stress. And all know that stress is caused by outside forces and factors like pressure from work or home.
